Quality Assurance:
We are confident our inkjet and toner cartridge products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. Our products are assured for high quality performance and are covered with our 1 year satisfaction guarantee. Which means our customers can shop worry free and are able to plan months ahead with the comfort that 365 days from the purchase date the item is still under warranty. We will replace or issue a refund of the full purchase price if a product is not 100% satisfactory.
 
Return Rules:
Only the following reason will qualify for free replacement shipment:
- Shipping error by InkSmile
- Defective or unsatisfactory compatible refurbished inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges
- Damaged or unsatisfactory refill kits
- Damage media (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW)
The following reason will require postage by the customers:
- Customer error during ordering
- Exchange of obsolete product in the case of a new printer
Inkjet and Toner cartridge:
Refurbished inkjets and toner cartridges that are returned with less than 70% will not qualify for replacement or refund.
OEM or name brand products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. In case of a defect please contact the manufacturer, as InkSmile does not accept returns on OEM products.
Refill kits:
Please read the refilling directions carefully and success of the refill kits often depend on the condition of the empty cartridge. InkSmile’s coverage on refill products purchased from InkSmile only extend to the refill kits themselves and not the empty cartridge used by the customer.
 
Return Process:
The first step is to acquire a RMA number. Email us at
customerservice@inksmile.com and in the subject line please include the word RMA and your order number. In the body of the email please list the item(s) you would like to return and a brief reason why, or if the entire order is to be returned indicate so but no need to list out all the items. Lastly inform us whether a refund or a replacement is needed. Please return the items in their original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. If a copy of the receipt is not available go to the track order page and print the page after entering in the order number.

Not following the return process properly will result in delays for refund. Typical refunds take up to 2 weeks after the item is received.
